To get the heart of palm, we need to cut down at least one coconut tree. It means that he need to plant a new tree and wait for a long time until he can get the heart of plant. Commonly, heart of palm cooked with coconut milk and many spices like shallot, garlic, galangal, turmeric, chili, shrimp paste, salt, sugar, candlenut, bay leaf, lemon grass, and coriander.
